We offer shipping of all of our products through UPS or FedEx. Most items leave our warehouse within 1 business day. If an item will be delayed, we will promptly inform you via email and give you an estimate on when we think we could get it out the door. We do not currently offer shipping with personal UPS or FedEx account numbers. If you would like to make alternate delivery arrangements, please contact us. We do not allow pickups at our location.
We will accept returns under certain conditions:
1) The product must be in acceptable condition for resale (i.e. undamaged).
2) The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging (boxes being opened is acceptable).
If a product other than the product that was ordered or a defective product is shipped to you, we are happy to pay the return shipping and send a replacement. If you simply want to return the product than you, the customer, must pay for the return shipping. Refunds and replacements will NOT be processed until the product has arrived at our warehouse.
